Events like “Race for Life” are vital in helping to fund Cancer Research UK’s life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer. You will notice from the photo that Fiona, Andrea and their two friends went through the pain barrier to achieve this gruelling challenge! Let’s hope they have raised plenty of sponsorship since I know they were both looking to their colleagues to dig deep in support.
One day we will beat cancer through research. Challenges like the one that Fiona and Andrea undertook this weekend will help make it sooner!
