The Town Foundation Chairman’s lunch took place at the Cedar
Court Hotel, Ainley Top, Huddersfield on Friday 26 September 2014 where there
was around 200 guests in attendance at the event. Ferno invited some of their
business partners, customers and suppliers to join employees on the Ferno
table. On the day there was a unique Boardroom setting where a number of key
people from the football sector were accompanied by Sean Jarvis, HTAFC
Commercial Director and Dean Hoyle, HTAFC Chairman on stage for a questions and
answer forum.
The event raised a large amount of money on the day through
guest donations followed by an auction of some memorabilia items which will all
help towards providing opportunities for children in the local area either
through school breakfast clubs or trips to the seaside. As mentioned by Mandy
Taylor; every penny donated goes towards helping young children, no
administration costs are deducted.
Ferno UK would like to thank everyone involved in putting
the event together for such a great cause, looking forward to the next one!
